Brandon Renner is a member of Basin Law Group’s mineral law department. He concentrates on issues associated with natural resource development, specifically as it relates to the acquisition and divestiture of mineral interests and operations. He is routinely involved in the issuance of title opinions for major coal producers and oil and gas operators, while working closely with industry landmen assisting in leasing and curative-related matters. Mr. Renner is active in the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) having previously served as a member of the Board of Directors and as a Committee Chairman.
Mr. Renner is also a member of Basin Law Group’s VA law department. His VA accreditation allows him to assist veterans with service-connected disability claims including initial filing and appeals. Check this out atnationalvethelp.com
Mr. Renner earned his undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University (2000) cum laude, and then his Juris Doctor from UIC John Marshall Law School (2003). He is a veteran of the United States Navy (Jan 1993 – Dec. 1996) having served on board the USS Kinkaid (DD 965) and USS Nimitz (CVN 68).
